what is the easy way to memorize?

its really hard for me to memorize,im a 3rd year high school student and we have a selective subject anatomy and physiology.next two weeks its our finals,and the coverage of the test was our lessons discussed from the 1st semester up to the 2nd sem, we are using the book of tortora grabowski's human anatomy and physiology,and that was all our lessons..and that was my problem.how can i manage all those terms and stuck those in my head? i need some help..

One of the tips to memorize is to try to walk slowly back and forth as you look at the words or topics to memorize. But first, you need to understand first what you intend to memorize. Repetition can help!
