I have been surfing on freelance sites , filling out my profile and such. Is there any advice someone can give me about getting a freelance job. I don't have any feedback , who would hire someone with no feedback. I see when people bid for a project they usually message them. Or try to get in contact with them.

Well if you want you can look at this blog. It is incredible. It has all kinds of opportunites. It is not my blog so it is not a referral link. Just an FYI w/ some awesome information. If you want just go there and type in Freelance. http://paidopps.blogspot.com/

I have been looking for a job that I can do from home for about 4yrs now and I am still looking. Alot of companies are looking over seas because it is more cost effective for them. The thing they dont realise is that there are plenty of people who are willing to work from home and willing to take pretty much any pay that they can get mainly cause anything is betterthan nothing. I hope you find what you are looking for. I know I am still looking.

Bid! Bid! Bid! Bid on any project you are capable of doing well on and make sure to message the project owner with samples of your work to give them confidence you can give them what they want.

I use getafreelancer. I don't have feedback. I just keep on bidding. There are certain jobs that are marked for newbies. I really like this site. Also try craigslist. They have some freelance stuff listed. You just have to find it.
