Let the twist begin...

Last night, Big Brother did an outdoor lockdown and when the hg's got back into the house there was a note on the table instructing them not open it until everyone was together in the living room. Once they were all together the read the letter which told them that in the coming weeks a distinct alarm would sound on the pa system and when the heard that alarm, they were to gather together in the living room and the game would change. Expect the unexpected. Here would be one of my guesses. They make them all gather together and whomever you are sitting next to becomes your new partner. Or, if you don't sit next to your partner when you are supposed to gather, you two get separated and are forced to play the game on your own while anyone else who did sit next to their partners gets to continue the game with their partner. However, that probably isn't it because BB would have to have a plan in place just in case everyone does sit with their partners. What do all of you think may be the new twist?

I am so jealous of you! I don't have the live feed on my computer so I only see what is going on when it is on tv. I think that when they put a couple on the block from now on, they will be competing against each other for pov. So only the 2 that are paired together will be on the block..one couple. Then I think one will be voted out from now on. If they continue to vote out 2 at a time, the show will be over soon. They have to go to singles soon.

Now that would be a cool twist!!! Suddenly a couple will have to be fighting against each other.

I don't have the live feeds either! I go to www.mortystv.com to get all the updates on the live feeds. That would be a good twist! I wonder if that is what will be happening this week since Julie said that Wednesday would bring a twist for whomever gets evicted this week. That is an awesome idea!

So they didn't share the twist tonight! Hopefully they will tomorrow. I love how it made everyone in the house freak out thinking it was going to ruin their game plan :)

I'm still hoping it won't mess up allison getting booted! Then again, I haven't been watching the feeds or BBad so the plans could have changed since then.

I'm kind of disappointed that they didn't do it but, I had a feeling they weren't going to until tomorrow. I really think they might do it when the evictees are called out tomorrow. All I know is that I can't wait!

Same here. If it changes anything and it ends up helping her, I will be so pissed! That would suck beyond believe. She is hard enough to deal with. If she is set to get the boot and BB does her a solid and helps her stay in longer, she will be even more unbearable and that is so far past imagination.

Here's what I'm thinking... A) That someone or some pair will be coming back. B) That the couples will be breaking up finally. C) Any combination of the above or both. Can't wait to find out!

That is pretty much what I am thinking too. From what I can tell, that is sort of where the hg's heads are as well. The guys are hoping that Jacob is coming back. They liked him. Of course, Sharon is not keen on that possibility.

It would be cool if they will come out to colored chairs or something and then whoever sits in the same color is suddenly paired up. I have a feeling whatever the twist is will break the pairs apart (or at least a few of them) because like we said there aren't enough teams left to make the show last 3 months. Maybe there will be some impromptu contest where one team gets split up and then each week that would happen? Who knows :) I like the idea of some teams staying teams and others having to play alone.

That colored chairs idea is a good idea. I like that!

Something has to happen because getting rid of them 2 at a time will end the show sooner.

I agree. If Julie Chen hadn't asked Jen, during her exit interview, how she feels knowing she might be away from Ryan for almost 3 months, I would still think that this season was an abbreviated one. So, something does have to happen, unless Julie was misinformed or made a mistake.

HUMMMMM! I dont get to watch it other than when it is on regular TV. I have been watching this show since the original session aired. You will never be able to figure out the twist. Once you think you have it they change it. So I would doubt it if they split the couples up or brought someone new in or even brought people back. See they dont always keep the people kicked off in a house until the show ends. And they did say that the previous two couples would be. So I think that has something to do with it. Because usually it is like the last 7 or so that get put in a house till the end. Thoughts? Is anyone here a die-hard fan and watched since the beginning?

I too have been watching since the first season. I love how big brother likes to change things up. I do know that they kept Sharon and Jacob sequestered when they were booted off but, I don't know if they did that because they had a feeling that Neil would have to go home or, if everyone has been in sequester since they were evicted. If so, then I do believe that a couple couples may be coming back in order to keep them in couples until the end and keep it running for 3 months. I am so loving trying to guess my way into the twist! Whether I am right or wrong, it is still so fun!

I don't know what to think! All I do know is that they are either planning a seriously short season, or at some point they have to split some people up. I mean already the house is looking pretty empty. I'm curious to see how things get changed up though...

I really believe they will be splitting people up. But, maybe a part of the twist of breaking them up is then, they still have to try to protect one another from eviction and if the last two people were originally a couple they each get $500k instead of a first and second place prize. Incentive to continue to help one another out in the game without and still be able to extend it to 3 months by evicting one by one. So exciting! I love trying to figure out the twist!

I think that maybe someone else is coming back or they arnt playing as partners anymore. Knocking off 2 people at a time the show is gonna go quickly. It wont be 3 months worth knocking off 2 people at a time so I think its something that makes the game longer, bringing more people in or not partners etc. I really dont know though anything can happen and I cant wait til tonight to find out lol...

I think they will be breaking at least some, if not all, apart. Or, perhaps they will give them the option of breaking from their partner. I know Matt and Sheila would say that they would want to break from their partner. Also, Julie did ask Jen how she felt about not seeing Ryan for a possible total of almost 3 months so, that seems like they are planning for 3 months. I have no doubt that they will break them up. Unless they start bringing people back in. Or, doing non-eviction weeks. I am looking forward to finding out!
