so stressed and busy.

im always busy and tired with school..sometimes i need a huge break..like to a spa and so forth..any ideas of what i can do to ease my mind off of stress and to be relaxed ?

this is what works for me. Try warm chammomile tea. Hot long baths help also. And I agree with the the twenty minute nap thing, it lets your mind relax and stop thinking for a few minutes. Or maybe look into yoga or meditation also working out relieves a lot of that.

20 minute naps, help restore your mental set, and allows you focus better in your daily endevours. Coffee is good, but dont have the high caffeine type. Its better to get low quantities at different times in the day, than to get a big load and then feel worse when you restore to non caffeine state. Tea's usually have less caffeine and is a smoother flow to the energy.. Also, read a book of your interest. Thinking about something different from whats going on in your daily life, will allow you to "rest" from it all. Also a good massage is always a good way to relax the muscles, and by association to releave tention from the mind..
