Roads in Winter

If any body lives in the Cleveland area, specifically Parma, they probably know how bad roads can get in the winter. After living in Springfield, OH for a few years, I got pretty tired of the bad road conditions around town. However, when my brother moved to Parma, OH, I realized that Springfield is a heavan compared to Parma, at least as far as roads. I don't know if I should blame it on bad weather only, but I'm pretty confident that the city is responsible for the horrible road conditions. Maybe the weather adds some to the complexity of the situation, but regardless, the city should always try to improve the road quality.

I hear ya. When we get a snow storm our town wont even plow the roads for a few hours. And the majority on my town is all hill. So when we have a storm we cant go anywhere usually til the next day or so unless you have 4 wheel drive and sometimes thats not even enough.
