Wife of the Year Nomination!

Alright, Ladies! Tell me what you would do to 'earn' a Wife of the Year nomination? I have no idea if this actually exists, but if it did/does, what would you do to get your husband to nominate you?
I ask because I have been working very hard at this myself lately! I know my husband likes to come home to a clean house and he has been gone for a week on tour with a band. I am trying to get things that we've neglected taken care of as much as possible before he gets home.
I also make his breakfast, lunch, and dinner pretty much every day. When I say "make," it's more just putting it together for him as we are currently on Nutri System!
And for the husbands, feel free to contribute what your wife does to deserve this prestigious title, too!

I'm a working wife and my time at home is limited. So do my husband. The most important thing is to give and take. As a wife, i have a responsibility to do household works too. If my husband have time, he will do it for me. My husband is a good cook. So i don't need to worry about my responsibility at home.

Way to pitch in and be a team with your husband, Mamagee! I learned in our pre-maritial counseling sessions that it would NEVER work if we each tried to give "50%" or "meet halfway." We both have to give 100%, all the time. Now, we all know that is pretty much impossible, but if we are both shooting for 100, sometimes I'll be at 50% and he'll be at 75%, which puts us in a good zone.
If we're both at 25%, we have a PROBLEM! LOL!

LOL honestly? Not a damn thing..if my husband wouldnt nominate me just for how I am now then he's got no biz being my husand ;-) I shouldnt have to do "extras" or anything "special" for him to nominate me..he just should because I'm his wife :-D

Ravenladyj, The virtual wife of the year committee of MyLot appreciates your submission. However, we are declining your nomination this year. I am sure you do not just sit around and eat bon bons with your feet up all day. What we are looking for is an attitude of giving, sharing, of give and take, and above and beyond.
