Tea :- veg or non-veg?

Hello friends, i am told by some of my friends that in tea packets 5% leather powder is mixed.is it true?iam a vegetarian,so i want to give up drinking tea if actually it non-veg.thank you.

Don't worry, it's not true. I'm also a vegetarian, and I drink lots of tea.

Someone is pulling your leg there. It would have to be included on the list of ingredients in most countries. The very idea of putting leather in tea... leather of all things! What a silly notion. Honestly, what some people will say to get at vegetarians...
