i've been playing guitar for 6 years now. i think its not whether or not its easy, but whether or not you love doing it. when i was little my mom forced me to take piano lesson, i dreaded every second of it, i just hated it. but then i picked up guitar and i just love it. its not easier than piano but i just love the sound of it. and plus i've never seen a pianist rockstar so...

I think so. I myself is a guitar player, and I learned guitar quite quickly. My theory is that you play through muscle memory ( go check wikipedia ) as the chord is registered in your head. If you'e playing lead, that goes the same thing. I think piano is harder since I am not that good in reading notes, but I think that's just me.

I haven't learned how to play a guitar but my big sister did. She is pretty intelligent and she learned how to play it in less than a month.

I guess you must be a quick learner.I have never tried learning how to play a guitar but i have watched people play them and it looks much more difficult than playing a piano which i often do.
