I just put in my alarm clock if I have something to go early or late in the evening. I usually dont get up when the first alarm woke me up. I just keep on my bed. But If I know I have to wake up for some important meetings or out of town travel I do have to wake up on first alarm. What you should do, go to sleep early. And set the alarm 30 minutes early than your scheduled waking up time. By that even if there was this first alarm, you still have time to stay in bed.

I used to have that problem. Now, I wake up naturally before my alarm clock rings. Because i go to bed at almost the same time range and wake up at almost the same time range every day. So it is really not a problem for me. Even on weekends. My body got used to it so it usually tells me when to go to sleep and wakes me up on my own. -Feel Free to Disagree

if i have to get up early. the alarm goes off. i usually hit the snooze button. i need a few minutes to wake up. i lay there wondering how the time flies, and how i dont want to get up yet, i need a few hours more and i will be ready.
