my husband had no intention on teaching me how to drive a car..with the reason that im not fit enough to do so and prone to accidents...he had based all these assumption on me since all the time im with him in the car ill always remind him to drive slow..dont overtake..and be careful always..and even to the extent of screaming when he tried something foolish(overtaking a car which he nearly hit the side mirror of it or same to that effect) ....(even in trying to cross the road in a superhighway on foot we even argue since he likes to cross and im not seeing those cars approaching us it takes a while before we can lol!unfortunately no pedestrians)i wish to learn but did not push it (the idea)thinking maybe he is right all along..what do you think??

i would suggest tha you learn how to drive and then you will be aware of these things on the road. it will provide you a driver's perspective and you would understand why your husband drives that way.

i understand what you mean on that..on that drivers perspective thing...thats what my husband will always tell me...that if im the one on the drivers seat surely i will do the same just like what he did while on the wheel..and i guess i should learn how to drive..thanks for the comments...

Hello vanities, You are just being careful and do you really think that is the reason why your husband thinks that you can t be a good driver? I m like you and I m a driver myself. I always try to be careful all the time. I never get summons after 10 years of driving - not even a single summon. I think you should learn how to drive too. Doesn t matter what your husband thinks of your driving attitude, just learn *smiles*
