truth or dare?

Or should it be I dare you to tell the truth? I am posting this discusssion so as to not lose my mind... I know we've all been in the position. You have put all of yourself into a relationship, into loving someone only to findf that they are putting all of themselves or at least "part" of themselves into another... This is actually the most heart- wrenching moment, but I'm trying to remain calm. At this point, I could probably kill. Can anybody offer any advice.???
