I'd give it back to them...even if I despised the person I'd feel obligated to drop it in their mailbox..I know how upsetting it is to lose all your ID etc so I couldnt bring myself to NOT return it..

Hi katcarneo,
Well, first thing I'd do is jump up and down on it until it was thoroughly trampled, and then I'd take it to my secret hideaway and perform voodoo curses on it and stick needles in it for a couple of months.
I might torture it by holding it over a burning flame for a while, and then I'd throw it into a vat of boiling oil and leave it to fry there for a week.
After that, as the excitement and novelty gradually wore off, I'd infest the macabre relic with the fleas of a thousand camels, and finally I'd lace it with catnip and buffalo sweat and toss it into the lions' den at the local zoo.
But I wouldn't tell him about it. I'm not THAT mean!

Hi katcarneo, , even though the wallet I found was belonged to the neighbor I disliked, I still would let the wallet back to its true owner. I believe there is no forever enemy. I do hope anyone who picks my lost wallet would return it to me again as the contents in it is quite important to me.

I have my own pride, which I believe everyone also has. I would return it, but it's not me who'd give it back to them. I'd call somebody else, a friend of mine or a family member and tell them to give it to that dang owner who is too clumsy to lose their wallet!LoL
At least, I still have the integrity of returning things that don't belong to me.. Even if they were my next door enemies!;)LoL

Well, I do believe in the principle of: "Do what is right", so I would probably return the wallet to my lost neighbor. Even if there is or is no money inside, you have to return. If you leave the wallet where you found it, then, others might find it and it might have been held by evil hands. It is safe with you and to do the good and the better, you must return it.

Sure thing- I will return it to him, no matter how I hate him, I will still do it. I just have no choice, I hate him that's certain, but I also believe in Karma, if I cause him misery because of his wallet, what could be the return to me? It might be something worst than what I did to him. Life is an echo, it gives back what we give, maybe even more...

I´d ring the bell, hand the wallet and turn my back. I´d say nothing if I hated him for a rightful reason. I could not leave the wallet so that other person might steal it. It would be my fault anyway.
