hey guys google adsence now launched its now rules and for some reason they are good .I don know what are the new rules and policies that are being introduced.One thing i have noticed in google adsence is that there is no refferal option avalible for the countries other than USA and japan.This is really strange can some one tell us what are the new changes invoved.
