I really eat heavily during breakfast. I will be needing that much energy to start the day right. I usually grab some toasts, chocolate drink, oats. Sometimes, its oats and fruits plus milk. On other days, I eat pancit canton and noodles :)

I always eat breakfast. I believe that it is important to get us going in the morning. I usually eat either a bowl of cereal or a bagel with cream cheese. I love breakfast foods~ eggs, french toast, waffles, pancakes, sausage, bacon. If I ate that every morning, I'd be way over weight!!

Some say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I think that it does help us in some way. When I'm not in a hurry, I'd cook or prepare some breakfast for myself and the rest of the family as well. Fried rice with viands that are easily prepared is what I make, sometimes I just take bread and coffee.
