Does being a paypal unverified member mean that you can't receive money?

Your answer is; yes, you can still recieve money from anyone, including credit cards, and your restrictions are high enough not to worry about your $10 from MyLot. The real problem you will have, is getting your money from them. I suggest applying for the debit card. I have one and it is awsome in the respect that I don't have to wait for their check to arrive. I can just go next door to the ATM and get it. There is a limit to this too, but I don't think you'll be withdrawing $400 per day.

I haven't experienced this first hand. But as what I could understand is that you can still receive money to your paypal account, but you can't withdraw your money, or you can't cash it out. It just remains a number on your computer. You need to verify your paypal account with a bank account in order to withdraw the money, or make it real.

I have the same problem. Good you asked. I'll be watching out for some of those experienced people's responses. Thanks.
