how can i place a picture on my main profile

Hey, I'd like to know how I can place a picture here on my profile. Right now, my picture shows an icon that looks like a robot with a green background. How can I put my own picture on that. :) Simple question here, but I hope someone can help me with this. I try to find the answer in FAQ, but cant find one. Please help!
