Being healthy

Does anyone ever listen to the "People's Pharmacy" on NPR? Recently there was a show about how to "calm" your immune system, and they listed several ways to keep it calm, like dancing was one of them, being in love, taking Omage 3's, and so on. Even to stop holding your breath, we all hold our breath alot, without even knowing about it. It seems as long as our immune system isn't agitated, we live longer and feel better, and we don't age as quickly. Pretty interesting stuff. Also, they said making your home calm and pleasant, like having flowers, or good smells and colors and textures, can do alot to keep us calm. Personally, I think meditation is an excellent way to keep ourselves calm. So what do you think you can add to help ourselves stay healthy?
