If it's the same cabbage soup diet I remember from years ago you actually alternate days of all vegtables one day, fruit the next, fruits and veggies next day, bananas and milk next, and then beef and veggies next day, chicken the next, etc. The point is you can eat the soup EVERY day and as much as you want because there are no animal fats in it. Yuck and double yuck how can anybody eat cabbage soup for seven days no wonder they would lose weight with only that to eat much better to have a healthy eating lifestyle plan where you eat lots of veggies and some fresh fruit, leanmeats, lo fat dairy and whole grains andstick to a moderate number of calories and exercise thirty minutes most days. we diabetics use this plan and we lose weight with it and stay healthy whiledoing so. fish andlean chicken arevery good for you.
