How's the quality of DELL's PC?

I used to be one of Dell's technical representatives. If you want a better quality computer from Dell, better get their top of the line models, if not, you're just going to suffer. Their basic computer is JUST that, a basic computer. The common problems that I've encountered before are hard drive failure, or just software issues. But I advise you to just get their top of the line models rather than suffer the consequences of getting the cheap ones. But I will never buy from Dell. :P
