Do you lie often? Are they big lies? Or little white ones? Would you lie to avoid argument? Or to keep you job?

I have lied to keep my job and if I had it to do over again would have told the same lie. it was just a matter of sayingI could do something when I was not really sure i could but with the sly help of a f ellow worker I did what I said I could do and I did it right. Ialso did lie to avoid a big argument when I felt that what the other person wanted to know was none of their business

I would lie to avoid an arguement. I would lie to avoid hurting someone's feelings. I would try to keep them limited to small lies.

I am a person who HATES to be lied to about anything. I know a lot of people tell little white lies because they are afraid of hurting someones feelings or getting into trouble. Most of the time you are going to get caught up in the lie eventually. I think it is better to fess up in the beginning than to be caught in a lie later. I always tell my son that I would be less mad at him if he tells me to begin with than if he lies to me about something and then I find out later what happened and he lied to me on top of it.
