Find something we can do to enjoyourselves

As a freshman I also sleep very late now,but it is very different fromlast term.We have many time this year ,so I want to find something interesting to do.I think is nessasary for me. This year I have 18 years old,but Ihave never earn money,so I want to find some work to do.I think it will be interest and make me know how hard it is to make money!

Sleeping late in the night is not a good habit at all. In my younger days, I was involved in social work and I overworked with sleepless nights. It is not desirable to work or study overnight. Instead, it is most advantageous to get up early in the morning. If there is a lot of study to be carried out, do it in wee hours and again you can sleep between 5 and 6 a.m. in the morning. A good sleep is first condition for good health. Then timely food is second good condition. There are thousand one interesting and useful things one can do. Like get stuck to some hobbies, reading novels is a good habit. Get involve din creative writing for your own improvement in language. Do everything you like except late sleep. You cannot compensage by sleeping longer house in the morning. It upsets the rhythm of our body functioning.

I'm sorrry to response to you so late.Thanks for your advise grandpa,can I call you like this?I don't know why,it's only my feeling.I sleep very late,but I aslo get up early at 6 o'clock,and keep it very regulaury.

Hai, grand child, It is not that you cannot manage the timings if you go to bed late and get up early. That is alright for theoretical timings. But the body clock will get into some problem. Perhaps you may not know when your blood is hot (I mean young). In later years you will encounter problems. Or now only, with less sleep, you may not be enthusiastic in your work. So I feel 8 hours sleep is always good, so that you can be cheerful throughout the day. Also drink a lot of water say 3 litres, that will also help you to keep you cheerful througthout the day.
