Do you advertise?

Do you advertise your mylot link or any other links or banners from the sites you work on? I advertise my mylot link on my blogg, along with banners from other sites, and I advertise my blogg on free advertising sites. I get referrals from some of those advertisings. I have 38 referrals in mylot I got this way. But I also advertise on some of the cheap paid to read sites I work. For example, I work a site called aussiemails and since I am a free upgraded memember I get the privelage to advertise one banner for 1000 clicks a month. So I advertise one of the paid to read sites I am working, on it, free. I also advertise on a site called orangebiz in the paid to sign section and it only costs me $3.90 to get 20 sign ups. Some of the sign ups I get there are active but most of them aren't, but I have always managed to make back the money it costs me. Now I got an email from another site I work on called clickerslounge, that they had a sale on their advertising. So for $1.75 I got to advertise 7 banners for 1000 clicks on each banner. I have never advertised on this site before so I thought for the amount of money, cheap, I would give it a try. So do you and where do you advertise to get referrals to the sites you are working?
