Do you live in a city or country that the mosquitoes are so bad you need to spray yourself with repellant? I used to live in Calgary where there were no mosquitoes and I loved it, but I now am back living in Winnipeg and we get millions of mosquitoes here. I have to spend a small fortune every year on repellants because without the repellants a person couldn't go outside without getting eaten. The repellants cost way too much in my mind, but they are a neccessity if you live where I am. I probably spend about $200 a summer on repellants but it is neccessary. How much do you spend a year? Or are you one of the lucky ones that don't have any mosquitoes?

Hello chrislotz. I am glad that mosquitoes cannot be found in my apartment as we live on the seventh floor though there are lots of mosquitoes on the first floor. It is so disgusting to see and hear the noise made by them next to the ears and I find it rather unbearable to be bitten by mosquitoes. By the way, in order to keep mosquitoes away in summer, we use mosquito coil. It is not expensive to get the mosquito coil. Thanks.

I live in Florida. Not only do I live in Florida, I live in the swamps of Florida. Lots of people here say that the mosquito is the Florida state bird. They get so thick here in the swamp that you can't even drive at night because the windshield gets filled with them right away.
