do you use on rainy days?

When its rainy season i always carry around with me a raincoat or a jacket especially when i travel. I dont use umbrella.

I use umbrella when I walk and I use rain coat when I ride a bicycle. If I walk while dressing a raincoat, the undersides will get drenched easily. If I ride a bicycle while holding a umbrella, I can't hold the umbrella stable and I will all drenched. If it winds when you ride with umbrella, it is very dangerous.

I use an umbrella and don't even own a rain coat..the only time i wore a rain coat was at Niagra Falls, Ontario, Canada and was riding the ""Maid of the Mist" boat and everyone got soaked from the falls..but it was worth getting wet with polluted water...a once in a lifetime thrill...

i think we are different ,i like dressing rain coat o(n_n)o...

I use umbrealla. I think rain coats can't well protect our face and eye from the storm.
