A new way to compete

I think they should make it so just the best group of people get to the top. Not the same amount of boys and girls, just whoever is the best. And then whoever is the worst goes home. I hope I explained this properly. What do you think?

After reading your post, now that I think about it I think your right. It should be the singers with the lowest votes get eliminated whether they are a male or female. They way they are doing it now will leave a male and female for the final two and it should not be like that, the final two should be the two best finalists.
