if you buy something at $48 + shipment fee $30 = $78. how much would you sell out to people?

In India, no body would purchase such a product to resell, if the shipment cost is almost 100% of the cost of the product. But for theoretical purposes, if you would like to know the selling price, it depends whether it is fast moving product, whether it is a consumer product, or durable. In all practicality, 10 to 20% margin is the good price.

If you can dispose quickly do it at the same cost price. Do not keep any margin. If you explain this to your friends, they get this sold.
