My baby boy is going to be 2 years in august. We live in London and are thinking to go to Paris Disneyland for his birthday. But now i am just not sure if it is not wasting of time and money as he is maybe too young to know and understand. Im thinking if we should rather take him next year when he is 3years, sure he will know some characters by then so it will be probably more fun for him. What do you think about it? Have you taken a little kids to Disneyland and how old they were? We have to book a holiday within a month so i am trying to make a decision.

At 2 or 3 years of age, he's too young now. Wait until he's at least school age. We took one of our sons at the age of 4 and he doesn't even remember it. We'll take his son (our grandson) this summer at the age of 6. I think a bit older is better. It's too overwhelming for a small child and they won't remember it anyway. When we took Nick as a small boy we also took his cousin of the same age and he was afraid of everything. Pre-schoolers are just too young to enjoy it fully.

thanks a lot for your advise, the only thing is that we are staying in london just till he is 4 and then we moving to New Zealand so it will be harder to get to Disneland then. At the moment its like hours away from us, so it is so easy to go there. But im sure we will find the right time for famous disneland trip later on. Thanks a lot again.
