By changing ourselves on the outside can we change ourselves on the inside?

Right now I am sitting here and not feeling too great. Money worries is the main concern and then next on the list is I have broken my diet. So I was thinking, even although I am clean and wearing pretty clothes do you think it would make a difference if I were to go and straighten my hair and put on somem make up. I am pretty miserable remember!

When I am not feeling good about myself I will get dressed in something really nice and I will curl my hair and put on makeup. This always makes me feel better. When I look good I usually feel good. So yes, you might want to try it and see if it helps you to feel better. I think it would. Don't worry about breaking your diet. It's okay once in awhile to break it. Just forget about it and continue on it tomorrow.

Och this was a wee while ago that I broke this and now seem to be back on the straight and narrow. Could probably do with dolling myself up since I am feeling miserable but I am just gonna stay in bed all day.

I think if we look good on the outside.. and fix ourselves.. up.. we will have more confidence and feel better on the outside. This is what I think and it works for me. I'm sorry you're not feeling to great. Keep up the good work, and make lots of money!
