Housing problems spreading to other industries..

The trouble is showing up in such disparate ways as weaker demand for staffing services in New England, lower trucking volume in Ohio and surrounding states, and a resistance to spending money on capital projects by financial institutions on the West Coast.Do you think everything is about to grind to a halt?

The fiscal matters of the housing crisis touch upon many other areas, I am sure. We are headed to a recession, caused by excessively aggressive lending practices. Also, I think, due to our tremendous expense of a couple of wars. I don't believe things will 'grind to a halt' but certainly it will pinch some people.
