Upset

I really like Asia'h too since the beginning. I wish we could see more of them. I'm not really surprised though that she was voted off because sometimes people just vote people not because of their performance or talent anymore.

I agree with you, she have a nice voice and very deserving to be on 12, I was just on shock that she was the one chosen to go home, I thought it's the blonde girl, Asia is way better than her. My husband too was upset, his bet was Asia, and he was like, the girl who sang first yesterday??the girl in pink top?? that's my girl--he said that! lol I guess our votes aren't enough.. And Danny, I really want him in the 12, what happened? it was so emotional, I cried with him too.. hu hu hu hu

I too, was upset about Asia's being voted off of American Idol on Thursday night. She was one of my favorites. I would have much rather seen the girl who sings in a very country twang voted off. (sorry, can't remember her name) I guess we have to live with the voters' decision though. The two males who were voted off did not surprise me as I kind of felt like they might be voted off.

I haven't seen the eliminations yet... but i am not at all surprise to see her go... i thought she should have been one of those booted off last week because of her off key singing... she i beautiful and talented... and she can definitely sing... but i just don't see her as an American Idol... I wonder who else were eliminated... i hope none of them are my favorites...

Unfortunately, it's not just a singing contest it's also a popularity contest. She didn't get the votes so she went home.

i liked her too she was one of the better girl singers in my opinion i wish luke didn't go home i enjoyed his singing and wanted him to be in the top 12 for sure!

I hardly watch American Idol, but I think that even though many want the most popular girl, the one with the loudest voice, who would look good on a camera, there are others who want the one who can sing the best. So there is a conflict between those groups. You have to be able not only to make a good stage presence, you have to be able to sing in such a way that you can cross styles. There are some singers who can sing just popular, some who can sing just classical, but if you are able to sing both styles then you will make it. I gather that Asia can sing popular, but not be that good at classical.

I thought she would have lasted a lot longer too. I like David Archuleta, David Hernandez and Ramiele. Who do you want to win?

My bet for American Idol is Ramielle and David. I am not so hot actually about Asia but still, I consider her a very worthy contestant. Someone is bound to be eliminated and it just so happens that she's the one who got eliminated this week.

Oh my God Asia'h was voted off? She is great and even the song he sang was very good. I don't understand America, aside from her, who was voted off the AI?

I have a few that I like less than her...but she wasn't one of my top favorites. And a poor song choice this week I think did her in.
