i have been 3 months untill i quit it and found another job. i focus on three parts of job which are career development foreground, payment and interest. i'll stay as long as any of the three above is satisfying. it's a pity that i have to go. what about your first job? how long have you been there and for what reason you decide to quit it?

I left because there was a problem with the bosses and the benefits and stuff. I would have enjoyed being in that company if they just didn't do stuff so badly to their employees.

i had been there for 1.5 years. it was a very renowned company in India. but the team was not good. I was victim of office politics and all those things.

all companies are complex in politics part, even these international wellknown ones. while we common employee often become the victim. that's unlucky. however, maybe the next job is better, who knows? good luck.

I stayed with my first job for 6 1/2 years. I continued my review and got my license while working there. I got three promotions and the Best Employee of the Year Award from that company. I decided to leave the company for more career and financial advancement.

you seem to benefit a lot from your former job and have done excellent in that position.while it's reasonable for us to go for a better job. for me,i left my former company as i can't persuade myself to stand it even for a moment.

three days? you have already been in your second job for a longer time than the first one. i think you're wise to guit job as soon as you find it unfit for you. at least, you didn't waste much time and energy on it.

My first job lasted for around 10 months. I was a fresh graduate at that time and I really loved the position. However, as months passed by, the management as a whole degenerated. The policies became uglier and uglier while the LV1 employees are doesn't benefit from any of them... I switched companies and so far, I am glad I made the right decision. I am working for 3 years now with my current work and I have no plans of leaving it.

i agree with you that career development is important for a fresh graduate who just steps to society. surely,it's more promising in a company which management is efficient and regular. you have made a right decision.

i have been only one month in my first one. The boss fired me. i have just graduated from uni, and didn't have any experience in that line. so , i have nothing to regret. i quit my second job because it was too boring. being a teacher was not my dream.

Hi, I am still in my first job and I have been here for a year and a half already. I think I will be staying here for some time if not forever. However, I have plans of leaving this job because my girlfriend works in Manila and if we are to be married, we must live near each other or live together. If I would work in Manila too, that would be easier for us. Have a nice day!
