I've been raising dogs for awhile now and have noticed a lot of people want something for nothing! For instance..I have a friend that is selling out. She is keeping her two house dogs and selling the rest of them. Well she has them listed for very very low...a lot lower then what she paid and lower then what they are worth. She still has people trying to jack the prices down. I understand economy is very low right now, but do people not realize that the ownere have money in these dogs? The dogs are national quality show hounds. I've just noticed a lot of this going on lately. Does anyone else have this problem with dogs or anything else?

Well personally I hate private breeders that SELL living things. I would rather hear the words adopt. Get sick and tired of the private breeders that are bad and care nothing about the animals annd all they want is to make a quick buck!!! That is not why God put them on this earth!!!!!

First of all, we are NOT private breeders, we show dogs! We are NOT puppy mills. If one of our dogs come up for sale later in life, we help the owners find them homes or buy them back ourselves. Actually most of the puppies that I sell go out on contracts and I have first right to buy back. See if you would get your facts straight..I run an animal rescue. I've rescued horses from slaughter auctions and several dogs from the middle of the road. When you have NATIONAL CALIBER SHOW DOGS..selective breeding is a MUST and you have to pay for the quality your getting. Just so you know..there is NO MONEY in raising our show dogs, we are lucky to get back money for vaccines, wormings and food, but we make crosses when it will BENEFIT the breed.
