late night work is good or bad

can u tell me that late night work is good or bad? thank u

I've had a few night jobs working as a CNA in nursing homes and I think that they are the best. Night jobs are usually more relaxed than day jobs and in some cases pay more. The only down side is that when most people are out and about you will be asleep.
