Most of us here suffers from insomia and find it difficult to catch a sleep. Thus many people tried different sleeping pills to aid a good night. Although sleeping pills will help us, there are many side effects that these pills can bring to our body. That's the reason why i posted some snack tips here to help us get the good night zzzzz without compromising our health. Bedtime Snacks for Adults --non-fat, flavored yogurt topped with low-fat granola cereal --Sliced apple with natural peanut butter --low-fat popcorn – sprinkled with optional parmesan cheese for perfect taste Bedtime Snacks for Teens --healthy cereal with skim milk --Low-fat granola bar --Scoop of vanilla or strawberry low-fat ice cream Bedtime Snacks for Children --low-fat vanilla pudding --banana with peanut butter --skim milk with a bunch of grapes (or other fruit)

i'm a fairly easy sleeper. once my head hits the pillow, i tend to fall asleep within half an hour usually. but i had no idea that late night snacks could actually help us sleep better too without compromising our health. those are some good ideas that you have there. thanks so much for sharing. good day.

One thing that's been said will help you sleep is a teaspoon of honey. I suspect it's because it gives you a minor sugar "high" then a drop, which can cause drowsiness.
