I can cry, i think it is good to cry, there was a time in my life that i couldn't cry, i think i just kept it all in, until one day i just exploded, and cried for about a year, and after that i have been able to cry, i do believe in crying, i think it is good for us, it is release, and if you get it out you can move on. But we all can get very sad at times, and sometimes we feel very sorry for ourselfes, and if you cry you think you are a sissy, i think people that can cry is very brave. What do you think?

I'm a wimp. I cry over everything. I cried last night when I watched Danny from American Idol get voted out of the top 12. Although there has been a few times where I just couldn't cry. No matter how angry or upset I was. I just couldn't show tears, even though I was dying to let it out. One day I let loose. I cried till I had nothing left to cry out.. and I felt so crummy but so much better at the same time. I had completely embarassed myself infront of everyone I went to school with 'cause this happened in the hallways at school, and yet I felt relieved 'cause everything I had ever held in had come out and I just felt like I'd emptied this huge emotional bag that was weighing me down. I definitely don't think it makes you a wimp or a sissy to cry. It is a form of release and should definitely be used and taken advantage of.

I cry a lot. When I'm upset, angry or even sometimes when I'm happy. It's my outlet in expressing my emotions.

I rarely cry. I rarely admit that I have emotions at all. My shrink and several of my friends tell me that one day I'll explode. I'm sorry for whoever's working for me then.

crying is the bravest way to admit your weakness and failures at times, there's nothing wrong with it and we should never be ashamed of crying when our emotions got really weary. i do cry too, and i am not ashamed of admitting that fact, in fact i am proud to say that i cry sometimes, i cry when i am sad, i cry when i have so many problems and i am proud to admit that i cry and surrender my fears and frustrations to God whenever i feel that my human soul can't take it. we cry not because we are coward but because we are brave enough to admit our weaknesses.

I'm emotional and very sensitive person. I cry so easily even I watch tv(serie/movie). I think I cry everyday. I'm easily carried away with drama's. I try to prevent to cry but I couldn't. The tears come automatically. I don't want to cry. It's good but at the other hand it's weak when it's too much like myself. Thanks that you think people can cry is very brave. It's a relief.

I always cry,and I love it because this is the only way that I can express my feelings, sometimes I cried because of some stupid reason, like I cannot buy make up,shoes, etc. I want to be presentable all the time but how can I do this without those things, maybe you guys dont understand me.hehe

you know we all cry for different reasons, if that is something that moves you then so be it, emagine if we were all the same, life would be so boring. i hope you get your shoes and make up.

I think we are human so we all can cry. But it depends on the situation that someone may cry but someone not. This also depends people’s characters, some people can keep it in but some people not. For many issues, I try not to cry in front of everyone including my girl and hubby. But occasionally, I cannot help. I think I am a strong woman, but it doesn’t mean I have no tears.

I do. Crying is a good way to release stress. But crying frequently is not good at all. I cry when my patience reaches its saturation point already. It's hard to pretend when you reach that level. I cry very often.

I used to cry when i was a kid:) the last time i cried was when my grandfather passed away and that was about 5 years ago, I cannot cry now well i guess things dont effect me enough for me to feel the need to sry ,i have this slight whatever attitude and things dont effect me as they used to. I know ive had things in my life in the last 5 years i should have been crying over.but i just dont have the feeling for it anymore...

Although it is good to cry rather than supress all your emotions, I am one of those who absolutely hates crying. I dont see it as a sign of weakness or of being a sissy, its just that I hate the red swollen eyes, the hiccups I get and then feeling so rough after. So I dont cry, and I know I shouldnt hold it in because it affects my emotions terrible but its just how I am.

i agree with you on the swollen eyes, and red nose, it is not nice, but i do prefere to just get it out, the best cry is when you just fall down and you have no controle over evereything, it is almost just saying to the world that "I dont have to be in controle all the time". And it is ok.

As much as possible I don't cry. I am not really a crier as most often I am not emotionally attach to anything. However sometimes when it's a bit too much, tears would just drop involuntarily.

i do cry and let it all out (be sure that there is no people around), because i'm very emotional(specially with friends and family matters, and i don't know why?), but i make to the point that it is secret and no one can hear or see me crying, and exemption to few friends and family.

I whole heartedly agree with you. However not everyone can cry. Not that they don't want to they can't. Oh they might shed a tear or two if they work hard at releasing it but it is very difficult for them even though they wished they coudl. Some people have been wounded emotionally to their core and they cried so hard at one time that they put up a wall saying no one or nothing will ever hurt me that way again. They say I don't want to feel that kind of pain again so they work hard to put a protection around their heart to let nothing and no one get to close. It is sad but by the time they become an adult they don't know how to let the guards around their heart fall to the way side. There are times they want to cry now but they can't and yes, admire the people who can for their bravey to deal with life honestly as it comes.

Cried for one whole year! Oh that is not a good thing. Hope things go on smoothly in your life. Keep smiling buddy. Well, i cry out whenver i am sad. I cannot control my tears. It just rolls out my eyes. But these days, im turning out to be a strong person ;) emotionally. I dont try to control my tears... but, i hav become stronger, and dont cry for silly reasons :) Well, i feel tears are a way to vent out your pain. And once u finish crying, you feel much better, much lighter. Haha. By the way, keep smiling. Good luck! God bless.

Crying is the best way of releasing any hurtful or negative feelings you are hiding inside. I only cry on really, really rare occasions and all of those were devastating losses. I personally believe that only a real man can cry truthfully. There's nothing wrong to it. And if there's one person in the world that doesn't know how to cry or didn't cry once, then probably, he/she is not human.

It is mix of both . It usually depends on the situation i am confronted with . As i guy i feel one should cry if it really calls for . It is one of the ways to free oneself from emotional stress . Ones u let it out , it becomes much better to carry on your everyday chores . Irrespective of the gender it should be expressed spontaneously , as emotion is not gender biased . with regards www.chocolatesavy.com
