I have watched the birth of a baby way back when I was 17 years old. I worked as a nurses aide in the maternity ward at our local hospital. It was remarkable to see a newborn escape from the womb into the world. I also had the privilege of cleaning the baby and taking it to it's mother. Things were much more relaxed way back then.

I was in the delivery room when my first grandson was born. It was the most awesome moment of my life. My beautiful baby girl was giving birth to her own beautiful baby boy. I will never forget the feelings I had as I watch him crown, took him from the nurse and handed him to my daughter, and saw my daughter's face when she gently took him in her arms. It is something I will never forget.

I saw my daughter being born, she was born at home and the midwife arranged mirrors for me and I later have seen four of my grandchildren being born. Quite a traumatic process but yet beautiful as well.

I witnessed the birth of my 2 grandsons. My granddaughter i was too late cause she was in a hurry to come into the world. I never did believe in love at first sight till the day my first grandson was born. I was laughing for happiness and crying for my daughters pain. It was so emotional. I also witnessed the birth of a younger friends daughter when baby daddy wasn't around.
