Hi everyone! I am new to mylot and it seems like a great place to hang out:) My name is Josephine and I just started a new business called Appointments Matter. My company is in the business of helping mainly professionals with their client revenue. We believe, it is very important for a business to have a great relationship with their clients. Whether you are a physican, lawyer, accountant, salon owner and the list goes on and on customer service should be a priority. Without the customer/client you would be nothing.
