lol I don't find the building is that HORRIBLE... It looks good in a twisted kinda way. I can see how the designers pictured it before it was built

I didn't particularly either. If it'd been kept up and finished. That design structure would have been considered "up and coming" back in the 80's when it was built. Now, it's kind of 'ordinary" as many are amazingly structured! It said that it was stopped cause of safety and sturcture violations, but didn't say why nothing has even been done about it. Heck, sounds like something Donald Trump would buy for a song and fix/finish it and sell it and make a bundle!
