Amazing! Unbelievable!
It's the Ryugyong Hotel in North Korea, where the world's 22nd largest skyscraper has been vacant for two decades and is likely to stay that way ... forever.

I didn't particularly either. If it'd been kept up and finished. That design structure would have been considered "up and coming" back in the 80's when it was built. Now, it's kind of 'ordinary" as many are amazingly structured! It said that it was stopped cause of safety and sturcture violations, but didn't say why nothing has even been done about it. Heck, sounds like something Donald Trump would buy for a song and fix/finish it and sell it and make a bundle!
