my favorite board game when I was a kid was snake and ladder. but when I entered junior high school, I found othello game at nintendo, against the computer player. LOL. and since I finished the game, I decided to take other challenge with real human players in school. that was fun back then. :P and when I entered my last semester in university, a manga (japanese comic) titled Hikaru no Go was translated in our native language. the story talked about IGO board game, I bought the manga and finally watched the anime (to rush for the next series), and through the half series of the anime, I got addicted to IGO since then. but I still love Othello, because it is the longest period boardgame I ever played during my life. LOL.

My favorite board game as a kid was Monopoly. My cousins and I would stay up late, well midnight and thought it was late, playing this game. Would get up early in the morning and continue the game. I was always a loser but loved playing.

I liked Pachisi because it was simple enough for a child to learn and interesting enough for the whole family to play I liked the game of Life (the new ones today are NOT the same game) because I liked to stack my car full of little blue and pink babies, hehe. I also liked driving through the mountain tunnel.
