Im new.... how much do you get paid for doing things on myLot?

Yeah... like how much do you get for uploading a pic, for starting a discussion, for sending messages or whatever? Anyone have any tips for me? Thanks!

2-3 cents per post, like 8 cents for best response, about 5 cents per image and thats about all i know
