I have alot, not as many as I did have because at one time I had about 50 of them then I gave some to my brother and sister and my husbands niece. So now I have about 20 still alot but they are all different like one just for vegetable dishes, mexican meals,pastas,etc.. I love using them to cook with and use them often I usally will use them unless I have made a recipe so often I have it down pat but sometimes I just check to make sure. I got mine mostly from my mom and grandmother and a few I bought myself. Highest I would pay for one though was 15.00 dollars. But But you get great ones especially when they are on sale.

Years ago, I worked in bookshops and so, collected many cookery books. After a time I began to get rid of them. One large book had resipes for chocolate cinnamin biscuits that were to die for
and a chocalte cake using oil which was more like chocolate mud cake. I'm ashamed to say I ripped the pages out of that book. Subsequently, I was unable to find the pages.
I must have put them inside another book which I later donated.
These days, I get most of my recipes online...I try them and if I like them, I print them up for my hardcopy recipe file.

I really don't have many cook books, maybe two or three. I tend to find recipes on-line. There is a lot more out there (and it takes up a lot less space on the kitchen counter!
