when you feel that your muscles aches or a head ache and not feeling well due to stress or just worn out for the routine work you have done ..if i feel those things ..i dont drink any meds for pain relievers or whatever..i just let some professional lady to massage my body ..that is from head to toe..and it works actually..and very relaxing..and all the pain were gone...what about you ?

as for me, i meditate and do self massage on my nape and as far as i can reach back with my own hands, do deep breathing . this usually helps me because no one has ever really pinpointed my exact pain points on my muscles or i usually take a hot shower and it relaxes my muscles and then concentrate on healing.it beats spending for a massage at the spa.

If that happens to you, I guess it might be that you did not stretch your muscles enough before doing those work. It is not only before "legitimate" exercising that you need to stretch. Any work - even just moving around normally - is exercise of a milder form. If you didn't stretch enough, you just might get hurt. So when that happens, compensate with more stretching. Stretching would be better before than after you get hurt but it is still better than nothing.

We don't have massage centers in our little town and so the only choice is asking my wife to do it for me.I get love and care more than massage which gives a quick relief.Cheers!
