i have registered a new paypal acount and when i verified my visa card to my paypal acount,i did it twice and they charged me for twice,that is $3.9,i have lost another $1.95.
i also saw from the verifying guide that if i successfully verified my visa card,i will get a reward of $1.95,but the fact is that i get nothing in my acount.
anyone can tell me why i still not receive my reward and how i can get back my extra paying $1.95?

This must be something new with PayPal b/c when I verified my credit card, they didn't include a reward in my account. They also didn't charge anything either. I'd call up customer service. They're very supportive.

really?when did you register for the paypal and verify your credit card?
i think i will send an email instead,because i have to call a singapore number.
