Has Anyone Took Collagen Pills?

I saw these in Walmart the other day and thought wow maybe those could help my skin stay supple. I am 31 & dont have any wrinkles yet. But I have to take care of my skin to keep it that way. Thanks for your input.

I have never taken thses... I have seen them. You will have to start a discussion on how they work for you when you take them. I would really like to know how good they do for you!

When I get some extra money Ill buy the pills they cost about 12 bucks. Wouldnt that be neat if my skin got all soft and supple? Lol. Ill be taking lots of those pills. My skin is still pretty good but I am getting up there and noticing very faint wrinkles:( I gotta put a stop to that:)

You are better off with Vitamin C (for the most part) and to supplement...Vitamins A, D, E, K and regular supplments (also taking more of the B complex can help too). You have to be sure you are taking the vitamins right. Also eating the fruits and vegetables themselves can help.
