Anyone got the low-down for dummies on uninstall IE 6.0?

Can anyone tell me how to uninstall IE6.0 and then reinstall IE6.0? I am a novice, don't know all the intricate details and all, and I did try 7.0 but had so many problems with it I took it off and went back to 6.0 but then I used a Restore Point for that.
Anyone got the low-down for dummies on this?
