Ever had a very uncomfortable conversation, and didnt' know what to do??

The other day I was talking with a women about having a child, she was curious on how my delivery went. After the conversation went along she asked me "so...how's your bottom?" I of course I answered her like it was nothing, but when I walked away I couldn't stop thinking "wtf, why would she eve WANT to know that. So, have any of you had a moment where you didn't understand someones comment, question in a conversation? What did you do?
