I used to work at Starbucks...I will say it is delicious and great to indulge in on occasion but you can make it at home for very little. I personaly enjoy making my own coffee concotions more than yelling at a stranger that they did it wrong and have to wait around. Some of the Fraps can have 1000 or more calories. You can check out the calories of your favorite drink at the starbucks website. www.starbucks.com Its all about experimenting...add cinnamon, vanilla, hot chocolate mix, slimfast powder (my personal favorite...you dont even need milk with this one) or even sugar free syrups that have 0 calories and use splenda so you dont add any extra calories. I know a lot about coffee since i worked at Starbucks but just use your imagination and you can make a great drink right in your own kitchen!

The cost of Starbucks does tend to keep me from going as often as I'd like. I have an espresso maker at home, so I can make some of the drinks, although they are never quite as good as at the store. I think it's the syrups that make the difference. I do, however, buy Starbucks beans for both my espresso and regular coffee. They are more expensive than some other brands, but the quality and flavor are unmatched.

What a pity--I have never been to starbucks before, because there isn't a starbucks shop in my city. However, if there is one,i think i'll go to starbucks occasionly, maybe once a month ,to get some enjoyment. In my opinion, once you get in starbucks ,you should not care much about how much you would cost, what you should do is enjoy the enviroment and feeling tone there.--this is what my boyfriend told me. and i think we both are the ones who like to enjoy life.

hmm, for about 2-3dollars a cup.. it's okay occasionally.. i'm not much of a coffee drinker nowadays but i can't resist the white chocolate mocha.. yum.. i only go there less than once a month.. not unlike back in college when papers abound and i need my caffeine to finish all there is to read..
