I would be so upset for them I would have to try and stop it. I would ring the police as well, if this is happening in the street, imagine how awful their lives at home must be.

Ive been there......... I think its best not to get involved unless life is treatend.... Ive had a girl turn on me after I knocked out her Husband who was bashing her on the street,,, It was he's fault

If there is just one person then i will definitely go out on my own and try to stop but if there is a group of persons i will try to get help locally

I guess for most people it would depend on the situation. I myself would find it very hard to watch and not do something. If I couldn't physically do something. I would probally yell at him and tell him the police are on their way, in any case the police should be called.

hmmm...........hard to say,maybe his wife/girlfriend like that? for me, speak to his wife/girlfriend privately does she need any help or not or when she feel need just tell you!
