Just heard and ad that the circus is coming to town. I was in my forties and my mom in her sixties when we took my son to Baraboo WI. to the circus capital of the world. It's the winter home of Barnum and Bailey circus and they have a museum there that has all their old circus wagons! They are absolutely beautiful! Then we attended the circus too! It was amazing. The training of the animals....the high wire act was just beyond words. My son was mesmerized by all of it. Now maybe it's time to take my granddaughter like my mom took my son! Have you ever been to the circus and what was your favorite preformance? I loved the trapeze artists!

We took our kids to the circus and they really enjoyed the evening. Think they were more interested in the snacks and drinks. The high wire makes my hands sweaty because I get so tense but I do like all the animal acts and the trapeze artists. It's been many years since I've been to a circus and would gladly go again anytime.

would you believe that i haven't been into a circus my whole life?? believe it. not once have i stepped inside a circus tent nor see a parade of circus performers in the streets! i have only seen them on tv. i wish someday i can go to a circus and be amazed like a child.

I live in Wisconsin and used to live in Madison which is just a short drive from Baraboo and I used to love going there. I loved the circus and always like the trained elephants and tigers. I used to like the riders who would do tricks on horseback too.

I been to Baraboo, Wisconsin to the museum...it is wonderful. I took lots of pictures and it would be a sight to see and lots of fun for your sweet little grand daughter.
