Wow! 22,000 sq. feet, 27 rooms, with indoor pool and solarium, garden, sauna...man oh man...makes my 1600 sq. feet look pretty bland! LOL. 11 bathrooms! Who wants to clean all of those bathrooms! 8 fireplaces! Can't even imagine!

Yeah that is pretty incrediable. It must be nice to have that kind of money, but at the same time, what a waste of spending. The help that kind of money would do for the poor! And the place doesn't even look all that nice from the outside. Why would anyone need that many rooms and fireplaces. It is amazing.

That is alot of rooms. Although I am betting that if you had the money to buy the place, you would not be cleaning anything.

Call my crazy but I can not understand why anyone would need that much room. Who needs that many bathrooms? Even when I had kids at home we did not need that many. I could like fireplaces in the den or maybe even in the bedrooms but not eight. I would have to buy several houses worth of furniture to fill it. Even if I had the money to have all that I dont think I would have something that big. I might have say, livingroom, den, formal dining room, breakfast or dining area in the kitchen area, four bedrooms and a room to set up my Christmas village all year. I would like a utility or storage room and a three car garage. Maybe, maybe a guest house. But that would be at the very most. Given that I'm living in a tiny two bedroom townhouse just a three bedroom two car garage house with a little yard sounds good to me.

Some people have more money than they know what to do with or even common sense. Who would want such a house? Sounds so ridiculous! How can one family enjoy all that house? This is a perfect example of GREED.

IMO if anyone can afford $49 million for anything then they certainly will not have to think about doing the cleaning. I am sure they have a large staff to take care of all their needs.

That does seem to be a little indulgent, dosn't it? I guess if you have the money to buy something like that, you've got the money to hire alot of help to keep it clean. I'm living in an efficiency apartment, no bedroom at all. So yeah, that's hard to imagine so much space for one family. Only in America!

Hi Esther, that is something, isn't it. I'm a simple person and have no wish to have a house that looks like it's cut out of a magazine, lol.
Just think about the number of people you need to hire to clean the house. I don't think 24 hours a day will be enough for these people to finish cleaning the house.
